In order to leave unobstructed views most of the structure of this modern glass staircase is in the wall. Lots of glass and what appears to be very little structural support make this staircase a triumph.

With no edging on the treads, these types of glass and steel staircases appear to float. The 300mm glass border creates a this illusion around the first floor landing. There are many benefits with choosing a glass staircase as it creates the perception of a large of space as a result of increase of natural light.
