Depending on the range of requirements Canal can manufacture your glass balustrade in range of thicknesses:
- Clear toughened glass (10mm – 19mm),
- Low iron toughened (10mm – 19mm)
- Toughened laminates (13.5mm – 48mm).
In addition, the fabrication team can install glass stair treads from low iron toughened glass or standard float glass (39mm +).
All staircases are designed to comply with BS5395: Part 2, 1984 (spiral and helical staircases) and Building Regulations: Approved Document K (straight flight stairs).
