CANAL Architectural won a large contract as part of the regeneration of the O2 Arena: The contact included handrails, stairs, balustrades and structural steelwork supporting TV screens and fascias.

An art deco staircase forms the main entrance to the multiplex cinema in this world famous venue. The fan design with its chocolate brown powder coated finish is a bespoke art deco feature of the new O2 Arena style.

Throughout the building many different finishes were used; this included powder coating, polished stainless steel and polished brass. The internal regeneration has transformed ‘The Dome’ into a leading leisure attraction and venue for major concerts and sporting events in the UK.
